The Texas Midwest Economic Development Alliance was established in 1999 for TMCN member cities actively engaged in economic development.

E.D. Alliance Objectives:

• Support economic development in member cities

• Provide educational opportunities and tours of successful businesses & industrial sites 

• Increase TMCN identity, both inside and outside the region

E.D. Alliance Programs:

• Educational meetings & programs for ED professionals & board members

• Web site presence, links and added marketing value for Alliance members

• Networking events to increase communication among economic development leaders in the region
